The cottage sleeps up to five plus a cot in two bedrooms.

The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside tables and a single bed which can be fitted with toddler guard or dressed as a day bed where children are not occupying their parent’s room.

A cot is available on request for no extra charge.

The twin bedroom has twin 3’ beds, wardrobe with drawers and a bedside dressing table and is decorated with a seaside theme.

Beds will of course be freshly prepared for your arrival.

The spacious family bathroom has a roll top bath, separate electric shower cubicle, W.C. and wash hand basin.

The very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room is well planned and comfortable.

The farmhouse style kitchen area has a quarry tiled floor and a Belfast sink and is fitted with a range of pine units, farmhouse table and six chairs.

Your self-catering needs are well served with a gas hob and electric fan oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, bread-maker, and large fridge with separate freezer and chiller-drawer for salads and drinks. 

There is full gas central heating throughout the property; this is included in the rental. Electricity, towels and linen are also included. There is a paved patio to the rear of the property with garden furniture and barbecue. Several steps lead to a further patio and grassed area.

Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome, but should not be allowed to access the bedroom areas.

There is a gravelled parking area at the front of the property for two cars. Cycle storage is available at the rear.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
