The property is ideally situated on the outskirts of the coastal village of Tresaith with a good sandy beach for the children, and a great pub for all to enjoy! Only a short distance from the old Georgian Harbour town of Aberaeron to the north, the estuary town of Cardigan to the south (with it's bustling shops, restaurants and pubs) - and in between you have the magical coves, seaside villages, the famous Welsh hills and valleys to explore and enjoy -places that make this a part of Cardigan Bay, so very, very special.
